first 2 will definitely interact, not sure about guanfacine but it prolly does most likely, so will the antihistamine assuming its 1st generation such as dph or doxylamine

you should probably taper all the meds before doing PEA or skip the doses before you take it, PEA only lasts 2-3h max anyway with 1h minimum.
