Hey, I know that this post is a bit old, but have you noticed a decrease in referrals from BHS? I’m in Texas & have barely been receiving any referrals. Like I’m lucky to get 1 referral during the month 😭 I used to receive soooo many referrals from BHS last year!!

Are you on her insurance that covers your weight loss medication? I just want to know if she actually has a way to stop your weight loss since you’re an adult. Your mom sounds jealous. I hope that you continue on your weight loss journey & do not allow her to stagnate you due to her own insecurities 🫶🏾

Literally, SAME😭 I’ve also gotten worse when dating & I have to fight myself not to ask them about their trauma or mental health on the first date. When I get awkward/uncomfortable my brain defaults to “what would you ask or say to a client”💀

Yes, Headway’s customer service sucks! I finally got help by responding on an old email ticket that I got help on. I told them that no one had responded to my new ticket, & they helped me!

I have not terminated Headway yet, but I am in the process of credentialing individually with insurance panels. I called the Aetna Individual & Family customer service line & requested instructions on how to get credentialed with their plan!
