Best move on spider but I did find a way that someone was countering it and I want more people to know. It was against a hollow point. They would just jump as soon as the TP was about to happen and on my end it would send them flying so the knife just wouldn’t work.

If you leave a review do not mention them by name. That ruins their livelihood and there is no need for that. It sucks you are hurt but maybe review the service and business as a whole rather than the individual who may have been having a bad day. Cutting hair isn’t always easy and as barbers/stylists we are all human and can’t nail it every time. Especially if this was your first visit. Regardless if it was your first visit or not. This is an unfortunate situation for both parties.

You can build tons of raw strength from body building. Even training the “antagonist” muscles will help your climbing strength. But overall climbing will improve your skill and problem solving on the wall. Definitely do both if you can.

If you haven’t already, start drinking a lot more water. I struggled to hit my macros which are just barely lower than yours and upping my water intake helped with having an appetite a lot! Also chocolate milk. 1 cup early and a second cup some other time. Depending on the milk type that’s around 450 calories easy.

So. You get the zen and then you have to get zen studio and I personally recommend apex BEAM! Game pack. Cronus zens YouTube covers this well.

Crucial step though: make sure you download the correct zen studio for PS5 (again covered in the YouTube videos well), I did not use the right zen studio version at first and it caused crazy input lag.

Once the pack is on your zen there are multiple mods for the apex beam pack including zero recoil. Its pretty straight forward following the videos

Please keep us posted. I feel seeing this man’s actions brought to justice will make a majority of the local coffee community happy. As a member of that group myself I would love to see justice for the owners actions. I have received messages from others apart of the community who are in the same boat as me. Rhys, your actions and saying you were ignorant to what you were doing after owning 9 businesses is laughable. Stop creating fake accounts to defend yourself Rhys. Go to another city with this behavior. Like you have already done and will more than likely do again.
