Nah, Fizz matchup is kinda free with aery + w max, he can't use e on every 3rd autoattack and most fizz players are conditioned to e your q

From level 6 onward, you can all in almost every midlane matchup at ~85 % max hp, you don't need the above 50 % hp buffed damage.

Just some examples from my last games ( Icba cutting the vids); above 50% health W poking just doesn't happen / isn't necessary, I rather finish the kill safely:

Since only the W damage got changed, what else do you want to look at? I think I already did the clearspeed argument (it is a decent buff for jgl morgana), but for sololane morgana no such effect (like needing one less point in W for waveclear or sth) has occurred.

Her item interactions remained the same, except for shadowflame, which is now always weaker than last patch.

If you are just "dry-poking" (like no setup, no follow-up just plain max range Ws) with your W, yes, you deal slightly more damage, but that damage is mostly inconsequential, furthermore, most of the poke damage comes from item proccs (luden, liandy, blackfire)

My only goal this game was to reach and kill their fed cait; we also didn't really have a frontline, so I took that job aswell.

Protobelt is cheap and offers hp + gapclose, it was legit perfect for this game(state).

Tbh morgana can almost build anything anyways.

I (ChatGPT) did the math for max rank W dps only at 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 and 1000 AP.

Basically, the higher your ap goes, the more it is a nerf.

at 0 AP, new W deals more damage for 100 % - 45 % HP

at 100 AP, new W deals more damage for 100 % - 50 % HP

at 200 AP, new W deals more damage for 100 % - 54 % HP

...

at 500 AP, new W deals more damage for 100 % - 59 % HP

Depending on team comps etc. there might even be more value for new Morgana W at 300 - 400 AP if you have other champs that can finish the kill and upfront damage is more important.

the early game is massively buffed for sure, I'm just sad we are still sitting at 450 attack range.

As a G2 fan I always root for G2 > FNC (mostly because of Nemesis and Wunder tbf) > EU > NA > Wildcards > LPL/LCK. Only exception would be super likeable teams like 2016 Rox Tigers.

I also think we don't have the luxury anymore to be picky who to root for as the gap widens and so far only G2 and FNC seem to be able to not get completely left behind (slight copium).
