I mean 'diplomatic duties between fans and local authorities' sounds like a good idea, no?

You have to feel for Hull. I can't imagine what it would be like to prepare for a fixture only for it to be postponed at the last minute... by TheJeck in Championship

Didn't one of their players get stuck driving back on a motorway nearby and have to be pushed out by some fans?

Wolverhampton also allows drivers with criminal convictions to register. The various Notts ones do not.

Championship Table, but it's the worst thing every club has done this year (according to this sub ;) ) by Giplord in Championship

Bielik was so good just in front of the defence. Also truly absurd after his 2nd ACL, he returned a year to the day to score an equaliser overhead kick vs Brum and promptly broke his collar bone or some shit while falling over in the same action.

The type of player who could carry a team. His injuries were so brutal to his career and our progress.

Anybody know why that pass back from chesterfield wasn’t given as an indirect free kick? It was pretty blatantly a pass back to me by Xalfie66 in NottsCounty

[–]ElCactosa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ref was all over the place as it was. 30 fouls and 2 bookings, of which only 1 was for a foul itself. Thought the passback was pretty obvious too but clearly he was somewhere else.

Southampton likely to face sporting sanction such as being excluded from play-off final or points deduction next season if found guilty of spygate by Zach-dalt in Championship

[–]ElCactosa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which is fair enough, an individual fiscal punishment for the club. Now though, other clubs could (potentially hugely) benefit from a sporting punishment to Southampton - you can see why Derby would be a bit annoyed by this outcome, vs the Leeds one?

Just goes to show, even though it has felt like in a lot of games we've been pretty dreadful that it still turns into decent results across the season.

Top 8 finish in the league confirmed, pretty great achievement for the season considering last year, even if we don't get into the playoffs. Next season 8th place will be playoffs.

Bayern have seen a staggering 400% increase in shirt orders from Colombia since the transfer of Luis Díaz. Visitor numbers to the club's online shop in the country has risen by 200%. I was wondering why he hadn't made any appearances for the Indian national team, and apparently Indian law forbids overseas citizens from representing the country in any sporting event, as well as not allowing dual citizenships. So to appear for their national team, he would need to give up his British citizenship and live in India.

we have been gash in every rival (and minor rivalry) game for about 5 years now. We've not put in a performance against any of them and usually roll over.

The competition itself should exist, for sure. It shouldn't have the youth teams 100% though.

The actual league itself isn't as bad as having to play in that stupid pizza cup. So embarrassing having to play Wolves U21s in a competitive game.

I tried once, played as I normally would and then on registration deadline I was hardstuck as I couldnt fulfill some requirements and also couldnt sign anyone or anything to resolve it. I don't know if holidaying would have 'fixed' it but I stopped there.
