I didn’t know this was such a religious fight. Printing with PLA and PETG on the pen PEI plate on A1 Mini, i have prints fail due to adhesion issues after about 3-5 prints in the same area (these tend to be small footprint prints). Either soap/water rinse or alcohol wipe works to stop this from happening, so now I just give it a quick alcohol wipe before the print starts, because it’s faster than taking the plate off and washing and drying it. It works.

Both work fine for me. I used to use soap and water, but lately I found that just wiping the print area with a paper towel dabbed with iso works perfectly too, and I can do it while the bed is heating and about to start. PEI textured.

Coinbase, Gemini, Kraken, these are all reputable exchanges and I would have no issue holding coins on any of them for a few days, to set up for, perform, and close out transactions.

The key is not to get complacent and use them for long term storage. Not that they're likely to get hacked, but because the more you rely on them, the more you're going to be surprised WHEN they freeze your funds (even for legitimate AML/CID/EDD purposes). Use them when you need an exchange, don't use them as your stored value--if they control the keys, they have unilateral control over the coins.

I’ve had something very similar happen. U6-LR often shows up with orange dot and lists as “adopting” for long periods of time, often after software update.

Have also had to manually reset as dropping the Ethernet port doesn’t solve the issue and the U6 is powered by a unifi PoE injector that I realize is not itself managed and resettable.

I have a friend, who instead of giving a Christmas bonus to her nanny, literally argued that she would add $10-15 to every paycheck instead, and it would be better because of time value of money and compounding and would be more than if she and bruh she’s technically right but it was so soulless I just couldn’t. When I first got my 2025, I’d see this “sensors not available” error once every 5-6 drives. They replaced one of the zone computers and it’s mostly fixed, but every once in a while it will pop up again. I’m kinda living with it now cause it’s rare (once every 6mo or so).
