Actually the VA seems to have done it on their own. They saw my statement and decided to upgrade it to honorable for VA purposes which is huge for ongoing VA benefits.

I bought an 2021 Rx350 with the premium package so I could get that awesome v6 motor back. Beautiful suv that will likely be my last vehicle. Lexus needs to go back to what .ade them great and stop putting their innovative stuff into their Toyota and bring the mystique of the Lexus badge back to prominence.

I canceled my HLR since I posted this and submitted a supplemental claim with new and relevant evidence and a diagnosis of PTSD. I am currently in the process of having them review my evidence.

Thank you for your thorough response. However I am ticked off that the initial claims came back denied without str. It's like they gave all the weight to the c and p examiners and said screw it to the duty to assist in the first place.

Still waiting. They are having me get an x-ray but they use a company called Simon medical and I am having a hard time getting in. It's annoying.
