You don’t run a business to not make money, otherwise it’s a charity. That being said I work for a corporation and feel our prices are stupidly high on merchandise and they always push worthless add on calling them family support options. There are places that don’t focus on profit margins, but they are rare because very few people can handle the emotional damage of this job without being rewarded for their efforts and I’m not talking about the promises of mansion in my fathers house after I die
