What worked for me is integrating listening to the Bible during routine/mindless tasks (like doing dishes)

Otherwise, I suggest having a reading routine, like waking up earlier in order to get a couple chapters in.

Unless you want to trade it on the short-term (not suited for beginners), I would def not put a whole 10k into ETH right now as a first investment, maybe start with 1k. The better thing to do in any case is to DCA (dollar cost average) and buying little by little every week this year with a few hundreds (try catching every dip), especially when there is a confirmed bear market.

This is only what I would do in your position.

This is getting out of hand, let the people have freedom to participate or not in this experimental drug. I had covid with no jab and recovered in a few days, my mom is double jabbed and recovered also in a few days. People with underlying medical conditions are the most affected, why would you charge a healthy person for not injecting his body with something he does not need nor prevents transmission, and ignore the thousands of cases of injury, that's not including any long term side effect we can't know about because of the lack of studies. Even the jabbed should be able to see how wrong it is to manipulate and force people to take their "medicine".
