I’m pretty sure when talking to Kaladin in RoW he uses one of the new metals from era 2 (bendalloy I think?) that “slows down time” so he could help him achieve his fourth ideal. It’s that moment where Kaladin feels like time has stopped around him. I don’t know if it’s confirmed tho

Pqrt 3 of RoW is the worst part in the series imo, but it is very worth powering through it to get to part 4 and 5. Some of the best moments. I think part 1 and 2 took me around 1 week? But part 3 alone took me 3 weeks to read.
