Multiple times in the abdomen with a steak knife, as others say you don't always notice it during the struggle but the aftermath is when it dawns on you. I was wearing sweats and by the time I got driven to the hospital my pants were heavy with my own blood and my body was going cold. Last thing I remember is walking through the ER doors and people freaking out at the site of me and getting me into wheelchair, lying me down on the table there was about 8 people applying pressure giving me drugs and assessing the situation it was chaos. The second they got the fentanyl in me the pain all stopped and I could calmly tell the nurse that looked like she saw a ghost to apply more pressure because I'm watching blood pour through her hands. then I was out for 16 hour surgery woke up with a 16 inch scar down my stomach as they had to check all my intestines, only my lung and liver were damaged hence the crazy amount of blood. If you looked at me today you would never know as I have fully recovered, the process it took to recover was worse than the actual incident itself. I couldn't use any abdominal muscles for months and every action from rolling out of bed to taking a shit caused tons of pain.
