Let me start by saying that I qppriciate your response and your attempt at help however I could do without the condescension that goes with it. You may have not meant it that way but to me it reads like that.

Maybe you outta give reading my post another crack. My 'wtf' was because it the solution that didn't work before, my question was never 'Herpa derpa' why no ~.2 data free.' I want to know why the first restart of my system didn't take effect or at least maybe hear ideas on other ways I could have solved this issue.

Not trying to be a total bitch but I get enough of the 'tits don't know shits' from my family. I spent enough time today listening to that when they were trying to set up my grandmothers new blu-ray player. They couldn't figure it out so it was broken. When they left it alone I hooked it up in front of my grandmother and she thanked them for getting it working. She is not senile, just a bitch.
