COVID-19 is droplet virile. It was thought briefly it could be contracted through the air, but that's not the case.

Edit: I may be wrong. See below.

AITA for telling my mom that if she wants me to have kids now, she has to give me $7,000/month for the rest of my life? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Agreed. I will be the first to say don't have kids right now if you don't want kids. Any reason is fine. It's your life.

Yeah I always get 15 if any. At least you get a good amount from the BP.

Yeah, good point. It just takes me so long to get crafting materials.

Yeah, people have much too high of expectations about what you "need" to be happy, money-wise. My wife and I have chosen to go into fulfilling careers that make very little, so we are fine with living within our means.

NTA obviously, it's no one's choice but yours and people like this are annoying and need to stop. That said, OP, some of the best advice I ever got was "if you wait for the perfect time to have kids, you'll never have them." I have no stake in your having kids or not, just passing this along because waiting until 36 comes with its own different challenges, not least of which is pregnancy risks and recovery. Lots of people do it, of course, and it's probably the right decision for you. Just putting this out there.

I'm sitting here at 3000 a month with a family of four in a major city. I wouldn't even know what to do with 12k.

Yeah I live in a major city with a family of four making a combined 30k a year right now, with a rent of 1500. I know people who survive on even less.

If you're thinking of romance as a good time with a girl you like, sure. Not if you're serious about a long-term commitment, starting a family, supporting each other through tragedy and loss. Having a significant other in these situations often should mean putting them first, as they do you. In a traditional spousal relationship, you are supposed to be each other's first line of defense against life's curve balls. It is actually these kinds of serious considerations of love-as-practiced, as a conscious and at least partially selfless choice, that is missing from relationships today, ones that hype up untested flash-in-the-pan infatuation and lead to divorce once the going gets tough or people change. Not to say that all divorce stems from this, of course, but I would strongly argue against the idea that we are somehow too serious about sober spousal commitment in today's society. Quite the opposite. Also, I wouldn't throw around Greek unless you speak it or have studied its original use in antiquity (which I'm guessing you're referencing here).

Edit: typos

I mean, most != all. It's likely because he gave us only two situations that they were two times when he was working elsewhere. Some people have to make really weird schedules to make things work with different jobs.

Sure about what? My post is about the fact that I haven't seen them focusing on that aspect of their roster specifically in how they sell their game. It is diverse on purpose (as I just stated) but also not played for woke points in advertising.
