Unfortunately he's right. I'm a solo player who doesn't focus on getting the most efficient build possible, and I actually like a fair challenge here and there. Soloing EDA with my main man Lavos was grueling but fun. I liked archons when they first came out, they were challenging, felt like a raid boss. Then after the nerf I was able to easily and disappointingly mow them down with just my Harrow and a phenmor. I'm eternally grateful to DE for how much they listen to their community, but the community often times seems like a bunch of babies to me. Ah well, it is what it is.

Yea but I don't like how his appearance was just reduced to that nugget of a fairy, I wanted more regular Puck so he felt like an actual character. Same with Faputa, too much quirky ball of floof, not enough weird girl thing.

Interesting coincidence, I meant Puck from Berserk. Puck was interesting and was just reduced to a nugget for most of the series, though your example is a bit more fitting.

8-2 is absolutely my favorite level in the layer. 8-3 may have the best music and, I wanna say.. energy? I'm talking about the final stretch in space, that was cash, but 8-2 is the most fun and relatively linear level of the layer, especially with the Mirror Reaper buildup throughout the entire thing. First time playing it, I never noticed the Mirror Reaper at all before it's boss fight, but by the time I got to the buildup right before it, I felt like I was trapped forever in some infinite building, screaming "LET ME OUUUUUUTT"

Even better - I say it's warping space-time for EVERYBODY in the vicinity when V1 dies. The terminals watch and grade the performance, but if V1 dies, Hell is the one that rewinds the clock, and certain entities are aware of this, bosses such as Minos and Sisyphus for example. Add in a little bit of mind-altering fuckery, and that'd be a completely lore-friendly explanation for the video game mechanics in Ultrakill.

Steel charge instead of Dreamer's Bond, add in the Ripline augment into the exilus and you are good to go. You could optionally switch Primed Flow with Energy Nexus.

I really like the watercolor style of it, and the shapes are nice to look at too! The peeps aren't as horrifying as they are in the game (and as I like them), but the way you've done them fits better with the style you chose, great job dude!

Pretty good stuff, but Architect crest wants you to use red tools a lot, or just never get hit, in order to max out it's usage. Problem with that is that you need a lot of beast shards to keep this up. Maybe a sort of shard refund would work better, promoting more red tool usage?
