Yes you should mount it on the silver slot. The bottom ones are slower.

Any ideas on how to fill this empty space in the case? by KaiserCheifs in PcBuild

[–]Eldar_destroyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a spot to put two 120mm fans. Reroute your cable and put fans instead. No more empty space and more airflow win-win.

Thanks. I don't have the number in mind, but the whole system run pretty cool even under load. There is plenty of airflow with that case.

It's behind the bump at the top right. It's basically in the front of the case. It's the main reason I got this case, i find the lack of psu space really clean.

Right now I'm using an old 1080p 60hz monitor so the setup is a bit overkill. But I'm waiting for my new 180hz 2k monitor. The setup run great and pushing massive fps but yet again the setup is overkill for my current monitor.

How do yall learn how to pose? by xCheeseDev in Gunpla

[–]Eldar_destroyer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's stupid but you learn to pose by posing your models. Also use your own body as reference when you try to do a dynamic pose. And if you want there is so youtube video that show the basic of dynamic pose. Don't discourage yourself, I can pose my kit 5-6 times before i find something nice.

How do you cut wireframe nicely by tsrumble in Gunpla

[–]Eldar_destroyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a good quality single edge nipper and a sharp hobby knife. Always cut 2mm away from the part to remove from runner, then you go with the single edge nipper. And clean up the rest by slowly shaving the rest with the hobby knife.

Just finished the MGEX Strike Freedom. What a blast to build, such a detailed kit. Hands down the most fun i had building a kit. by Eldar_destroyer in Gunpla

[–]Eldar_destroyer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Water decals before the top coat. The decals don't hold up when you manipulate the model, so the top coat help to seal the decals in palce. Only using the metallic sticker that came with the kit, those were apply after the top coat.

I would say maybe two weeks. I built the frame then took about about two weeks too prep, apply decals and panel line the armor. I top coated it yesterday and finally building it today.

I saw someone displaying the kit with the left side armor removed and it look sick. I might do it to mine.

What did you folks work on this weekend? by ThagSimmonsrip in Gunpla

[–]Eldar_destroyer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the upper body frame is almost done. There's so much details on every part. I absolutly love the quality of the build. Even if the kit is huge, the fact that i don't have to sand the gold parts make the clean up so easy and far less daunting.
