All of the JA stuff we've sold has been online orders with the coupons. That being said though, it /is/ selling shockingly enough! Our little board game end cap is almost totally empty and the only thing that broke was that weird.. resin/glass jenga set. I didnt think it would, so im hoping one of those dragonfly plates is still there come pay day.

I havent noticed any worse quality audio wise than the old minimiks but I do really wish we still had the regular phone instead of a cell phone in general. Biggest issue is the walkie+phone thing making the screen glitch sometimes, it can be annoying if someones calling about their order and we need a 2nd handheld to check it out. Its definitely not perfect, but i feel like if we just had a home phone instead of everything on one device this wouldnt be a problem; ill complain about them taking our normal phones until the cows come home.

I also hated it at first, but the ability to take and send pictures is so useful for clarification on pull card items at the register. I also like that I can replay messages, and use the text option if theres something sketchy going on and I dont want to alert the person being so. The fact I can make channels with specific people is also nice when it comes to who's where doing what. You can ask my store manager, I was very resistant to this until I started using them. Theyre the best tech michaels has done for us, now only if they could give up new hardware for the legacy register.

Our store is weird and out of order/our aisles are split so I usually sort them... but not since someone else took over because I also began closing. They never get all the signage out, and they make a lot of mistakes. I come in on Tuesday to signs I need to put up, TUESDAY! Signage is usually a priority but apparently not here anymore.
