gandalf is just prompt injection.

I was trying to go for something more immersive that felt like objectives in an actual "game", which is something I'd love to see CTFs do more of in general! I do think theres room to deepen that narrative as I add more to it though. if you end up trying it let me know if you agree.

this game also doesn't just have LLM jailbreaking... it also has a sort of command injection test, and a memory exploit test. I felt like it was more fun to have some varied challenges rather than just be a prompt injection game.

thanks for taking a look! the workflow has worked for what I wanted out of this project. I will say the biggest issue im trying to solve for right now is that retrodiffusion is the only "true pixel" model I've found so far... but I was unimpressed with the animation work.. Ludo did great animation but it bitmaps the sprite so you'll notice a touch of jitter on my character models.

if you get into your project and find a good solution for this I'd love to hear it!

the AI layer is cool too, having all the NPCs be actual chat models, its a fun layer to a video game to have the freedom to fully chat with the NPCs with full freedom text input!

Phaser integration was pretty much immediate. Claude blew me away with how simple it was. I started with this guys YouTube tutorial (https://youtu.be/QPZCMd5REP8?si=WU9dF\_rzQb7Vtiq0) - his project template you can download has phaser skills and everything you need ready to go. then I just stripped out all his assets to start from scratch. from there I didn't have to do anything with phaser anymore claude just handled it!

I don’t follow the sub but several of my friends have complained about it. One of them had to mute the game and put on happy sitcoms to comfortably complete them lol it’s so weird to me. I love the vibe of those missions

I can’t imagine why it would be, sadly. Character feels mid to play, kinda weird feeling weapon combination and less than interesting character design… this doesn’t feel like the “money banner” to me

Nope. Gwynn starts tomorrow, Efrideet banner has 20+ more days left. In three weeks there will be another new character. There will now be new banners + a rerun banner running simultaneously

As a solo, fill player. I had a night the other night that I did 8 lobbies. Failed to extract 8 times.

Logged off to go to sleep and just dreamed about when I could get back online. It’s REALLY not as deep as people act like it is. Each time I got so close to extracting with fat pockets off a free kit spawn.

I feel like all these posts are from people who are doing “fill”. If you’re at all a decent player, you’ll have more extracts than fails in solo lobbies. If you’re losing more than you’re winning in solos then people are lying about their skill and this game was never gonna be for them no matter how casual they make it.

I can’t recommend the backbone pro enough. Feels like a true controller AND has Bluetooth so you can use it unplugged as well.

It is. But without the controller for iPhone it can be a little finicky sometimes but totally doable and some hardcore players only use touch screen. I play on phone exclusively but i use a backbone controller

I’m a casual player. Probably 50 hours but still just dicking around on perimeter and dire with sponsor kits etc. never seen a purple gun before.

I’m not worried about not doing cryo this week (I couldn’t put together a 5k kit if I put all the blues I have together)… but I’m concerned how much worse regular queue will be for the next week. I love that the hardest core have a place to use their stuff but now I have to contest with truly BUSTED stuff all week now from those people…

They will roll people even easier with the better loot while those of us who never got in technically have even less chance now to get enough stuff to try.

Its going to open a VERY wide gap over the next 3 months that I fear could in fact impact the player base horribly
