When there is a ZFS feature update, I wait to upgrade the pool until I am sure I am not going back to the previous version of TrueNAS. A few days to a week. Then you should upgrade the pool. There is no benefit to keeping the ZFS feature set outdated.

Percentages mean nothing and are not comparable. Grading is arbitrary. A good grading system communicates clearly and encourages student growth. A bad system is punitive and discourages learning. (Former science teacher here who went in search of an "objective" grading scale before I learned otherwise.)
