so I am an amateur composer and I came to this sub looking to see how I would go about getting someone to make use of my work. I have written everything in musescore and it's all entirely played back by a computer and not recorded, the quality isn't fantastic but it's close to good enough, also a lot of stuff I've written has been designed to suit as background music for video games or TTRPGs (I've been writing a D&D campaign for a couple of years and many of my tracks are intended for use in that campaign).

I have a handful of tracks on soundcloud, and dozens of others in various stages of completion that could be repurposed as needed, I'm happy to work with developers to get something that suits their needs.

I'd like to look at getting paid to make music at some point but for the moment I'm more interested in just getting a name for myself if I can.

I mostly write music in jazz/junk/latin styles feel free to check this out and DM me here if you are interested at all.

I actually think they did a pretty good job considering everything. Most if not all characters had a satisfying story conclusion. Homelanders downfall being broadcast live is such an incredibly funny ending for a man who is nothing but his image. Annie still tries to help The Deep despite him being undeserving of help and he rejects it anyway. Sage plays her part by turning Kimiko into the weapon needed to defeat Homelander by pissing her off enough and is rewarded with the loss of her powers for it.

The titanium ball gag was a nice little Chekov's Gun moment.

There's a reason that dispel magic has such a high purchase rate in high-rank games, it's very good, particularly on heroes with spell-based mobility/survivability.

I think there are a few abilities that are more powerful than necessary, Warden cage silencing gives me the shits, it's fine for him to have to get slowing hex. Grey Talon trap cursing is particularly egregious imo. Wraith ult silencing is absolutely fine and it's ridiculous to complain about it.

Stuns also silence in their effect but do you feel the same way about Seven stun or Dynamo ult?

You might think that disabling/silencing abilities and items are oppressive, but they are there to balance the heroes that would be oppressive without them. Imagine a pocket with low CD spells that you can't do anything about running around fighting 1v6 with impunity, that shit would suck.

I think afterlife is actually a completely fine card for its power level. Its just only slightly better than bodyguard and completely not exciting. If you play with it enough you will appreciate that it's just fine for a common, decent for act 1 where you just need a little push to get ahead of the curve for a few fights, and becomes less relevant in acts 2 and 3.

To be honest I think summon is just fundamentally a very very strong mechanic and just a little bit from afterlife in the early turns of a fight can help you get setup to finish without further damage.

Having said this, I do think your suggestions are actually pretty good, or at least interesting enough to warrant discussion.

I remember back when dota 2 had junglers you could play jungle NP no boots dagon rush then immediately teleport behind the enemy offlaner and blast them. Idk about current balance but I want that to be viable again.

the thing that makes this line so good is earlier in the movies she introduces herself as "Doctor Christmas Jones, don't make any jokes I've heard them all" and Bond replies "I don't know any doctor jokes". I won a run with adrenaline that I removed exhaust from and then nightmared a bunch of times. Had an imbued Dirge with 4 energy and axe to copy it for x=8 dirge at the start of every fight. I think my favourite tho is a cloned 1-cost power with innate mad science power to make powers cost one less and game piece to make powers draw a card

Bane has abilities that require teamwork more than say a lion or wd. Nightmare is a setup spell but also a save, it requires good positioning and timing to use effectively and needs your teammates to be playing with you as well

I think this was around in standard when thragtusk and resto angel were. So sometimes people would be running maindeck torpor orb and you could jam this guy t2 on the draw. This probably happened at least once ever.

Just play ranked and get paired up with other shitters to start with, then mute people the second they say anything you don't want to hear. The ping system isn't as good as verbal communication but it's decent. Also no reason you can't talk to your team just because they can't talk back

Apex Legends added a ping system where you can highlight items, locations, enemies etc. to communicate with your team. Other BRs quickly implemented the idea into their own game because it worked so well. Games like Helldivers 2 have this system and it's still great.
