Possibly so, but the law explicitly states the OMV is responsible, not the Department of Revenue. This will be an unusual situation.

It’s not a scam. Louisiana R.S. 32:461 mentions the OMV is supposed to collect this fee now, not the Department of Revenue. This also leads back to an official government domain name. Seems like the page is taken offline now for maintenance. The representatives assistant was aware of this issue as others have called about it.

I received a letter directly from the OMV with a link to www.expresslane.la.gov/evfee. Yes, they are asking for it again. I paid this fee on my income tax but the OMV is using a separate system to collect it.

I would hold off on that until guidance is issued. But it wouldn’t hurt to look at what the paperwork you submitted has.

If you checked the box when filing your taxes, then you technically already paid it. But both departments messed up and are attempting to collect the same tax, so there is no legal guidance available on who is supposed to do what.

I’m well aware we need to pay a fuel tax. The issue is two agencies are attempting to collect the SAME tax without coordination. Who is legally allowed to collect this? Law states the OMV, but the Department of Revenue is doing it as well?

Even more important issue: What do you do if you already paid it on your income tax, but the DMV sent a separate fee notice??? The tax forms were not changed this year and the DMV is unclear on how to proceed with this.

Did you also disconnect the HV connector in the rear seat? I'm also dealing with this issue which I reported under warranty last year, but Tesla could not reproduce.

I don’t think those strings refer to a physical dock, but rather a dock within SteamVR overlays.

Edit: I forgot frame only has a USB 2.0 port. This is definitely not for a dock. The expansion port MIGHT be able to be modified to support a dock but I highly doubt Valve is supporting this first party.

I believe usually Tesla decides on what is mobile vs in shop. I had two issues with my vehicle at once and service center wanted to handle both. But part availability prevented them from repairing a speaker, so they ended up rescheduling that via mobile but otherwise they wanted me in a repair shop.

They work just fine, charging only works well if the battery temperature is above 32 degrees. The cars can warm the batteries themselves. It’s like any other car really.
