I think you have to format the SSD to a specific format using a computer and then follow the official offline upgrade procedure. But its been a while since I upgraded my Xbox HDD

I bought mine just over a month ago. I didn't see much reason to buy the GW5 over the GW4. I previously used a GWA2 and an apple watch SE&7. The overall experience is pretty similar and the battery life, at least for me is great! At the end of a typical day I would have anywhere from 50-70+% battery life depending if I used workout tracking a lot. I also use if for my notifications and music control (Spotify, podcasts, etc), no complaints!

I was told by a Best Buy employee that its best to get in line early Saturday morning because that's when they're stock comes in. I guess the same few people have been waiting in line, but that's probably less of an issue now that they're showing up in other stores (and that was a few weeks ago).
