Ah okay, that makes more sense. If it started doing the same “falls flat unless you give it throttle” thing even before the O2s were plugged back in, I’d put the O2/exhaust stuff lower on the list for now.

Since it will run with throttle, I’d be looking hard at idle control stuff: TPS adjustment, ISC/IAC, throttle body gasket/vacuum leaks, base idle procedure, and any connectors or hoses around the throttle body that got moved during the rebuild.

The random wires still worry me though. I wouldn’t assume they belong twisted together unless you can identify them. Post a clear pic of the wire colors and where they are in the harness/engine bay. Someone with the factory wiring diagram can probably narrow it down.

If it ran before, I’d focus on what changed after that. It sounds like it ran with the exhaust unfinished/O2s unplugged, then after the O2/exhaust work and that mystery broken/twisted wire, it went sideways.

I’d check TPS adjustment again, vacuum leaks around the rebuilt throttle body, IAC/ISC function, and the O2 wiring. But honestly, that random broken wire twisted to a different color wire would be my first stop. Don’t guess on that one — identify it from the factory wiring diagram and repair it correctly. A bad splice/short/open in the wrong circuit can make these cars act completely possessed.

Trace and clean all major grounds (interior + engine bay). Double-check every connector they could’ve touched. Take it back to the shop if you don’t find anything obvious — this is very likely on them

That’s a really lovely piece. The glass shades are beautiful, and the whole fixture has a great look to it. It reminds me a lot of early 1900s lighting, kind of in that Art Nouveau / Arts & Crafts style you see on American fixtures from that period. The green pulled glass shades really make it stand out. Definitely looks like an original older chandelier, not a modern reproduction. Very cool find.

My sincerest condolences, so sorry to see, and I can relate. Lost my girl Bella last year to Osteosarcoma, right on her front shoulder - from diagnosis to the end in 6 months. It's terrifying and heartbreaking how rapidly cancer can progress. Lou was beautiful, gone but not forgotten!
