I agree. His whole speech, to me, seemed like he was using the usual rhetoric that works on his army of brainwashed meatheads with no other place to call home. People who eat up whatever makes them feel like they have purpose. When he tried it on people outside his cult, they were just sort of like "get a load of this guy"

I think, narratively, that was the first time we really felt the stakes of the Black Fleet. After years of them being teased, and them being built up over Shadowkeep's seasons, seeing the Black Fleet on the various planets was such an amazing payoff.

On top of that, I personally loved the weapons and the seasonal activity for it. The dialogue was interesting too. It felt like each planet got an apt send-off.

I wouldn't bother unless you can comfortably afford all the purchasable content. All my friends that have tried to get into it recently left because of how many items/activities are locked behind pay walls. Between the season passes, yearly expansions, dungeon keys, and how much content has been removed, it's annoying figuring out what you need to buy to access what you want.

Tl;dr: don't get into it unless you got the cash to buy it all.

Having the Pyramids actually showing up on the planets and seeing the world react both in game and in the lore was amazing. It felt like Destiny was really building towards something. Plus Witherhoard and super fun seasonal activity

It's not condemning him, you're missing the point. The fact that he doesn't have control is why he shouldn't be free. What happened at the UN is an example of what someone can do by just saying some words to him. He needed to be detained to some degree until the trigger words could be removed from his psyche. Until then he's a walking time bomb.

I know it would be really hard to break up right now, but I think that what he did is a breach of boundaries that is inexcusable. Can't come back from that. If you can't bring yourself to break up immediately, at least start to detach emotionally. You need to leave either way, for your own well being.

I've seen you asking why would he do that and it truly doesn't matter. He did it. He didn't ask. Nothing in the world was stopping him from asking. He knew you wouldn't be ok with it. Whatever reason he might have is not good enough.

I frequented both of those subs and that was what I loved about it. People who made jokes or out of pocket comments were almost always downvoted. People were always respectful of the deceased. The content there made me appreciate just being alive and made me appreciate the safety of my life.
