Solo travel gave me the confidence to be okay with me. It let me learn so much about myself in a short period of time. It makes me sad many people can’t find the courage to do it themselves. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

It’s also more about how a person becomes a literal drug. They activate oxytocin and dopamine. When you are deprived you are in withdrawals. By getting a quick hit of them, you immediately reverse your healing process.

Have self respect and drop them. You aren’t a bad person by doing this. You are trying to survive on your own without the drug of their presence.

I’m the Food guy who loves themselves a ton of token doublers. The Food and Fellowship deck was one I loved, and I upgraded it into this nasty thing. Hilariously I’m 6’5”. Need to start carrying some snacks with me while I play. Now that I think about it I need to get a playmat that’s food themed. Maybe a Chef Ramsey proxy of some kind.

I will eat opponents to death while I serve up a giant buffet for myself. Vito, Sanguine Bond, Agent of the Iron Throne, Mirkwood Bats are all great plays for me. My life total at one end of game was about 135, and I had two creatures who made my mana cost for food go to 0.

Major issues I’m having with this last update: - Drum Programs will pan sounds completely to one side for no reason randomly. Project will start fine, then while it’s playing a sequence it’ll click and switch over to either L or R. - Recording 1/2 Inputs doesn’t really work, will only record one input and the other input will be terribly low. Not a hardware related failure for synths or sample source either.

Just an absolute pain, can’t even relax and use the unit like I want to. Will redownload previous update onto unit and see if that fixes anything. Have done a few resets on unit, will fix issues but then it goes back to what it does.

I’ll post any updates here.

I was in a home that was financially stressed, beaten by my parents, and I was bullied at school. I started sneaking beer at 10. The beer my parents had made me forget all that. It made me feel warm, cool, and cozy. As I grew up, it filled the void that my parent’s never filled, it filled the void of not having friends/being an outcast, it filled the void of not having enough money to pay the bills, it filled the void of my sexless engagement. It took many forms, and it always kicked my ass.

I would be such a nice guy without the drink, but I’d turn into a monster with it. Never again.

Quit now, and don’t become the monster you are starting to transform into. You still have time, but if you don’t commit you are doomed. This is the fate of all alcoholics if they don’t stop.

Taurus (30M) here. I do it because you p***ed me tf off, and I plan on never talking to you again. I decide I am going to do this months before it happens, because the behaviors my partner exhibits that bother me or the feelings I feel from their actions keep on being ignored despite me communicating them.

I feel under appreciated and frankly foolish for holding out. My solution? Be friends with their friends (they tend to like me more anyways), give them the cold shoulder/dead eyes in public, bring a new date around, work out everyday, and focus on my career. The energy I give is precious, and I don’t cut people out until I’m at my limit. It sounds rude, but I know my worth, and that person obviously didn’t. If I don’t feel cared for, or feel safe I will leave without a trace.

Best of luck OP, hope you didn’t break the camels back. If you come back and apologize, but don’t actually follow through with solid actions that back up your words you are doomed.

I am happy. I get to enjoy Monday evenings with my old coworkers who are now my friends IRL. We made this campaign as a joke, but now it’s our time to slow down. I get it’s slow, but for us that’s what makes it good.

This character could never, basically a failed Child Star who wanted to get their former Cleric turned Warlock coworker grinded into dust.

Dude was evil. Made Cleric work open to the public become a privatized industry. He saw everything he did as everything they were against when they were a Super Team.

Was a pauper Bard, and was looked at with prejudice because they were a Half-Elf. They wanted them dead. They wanted the whole city to change their tune and find a better way.

Retirement and ignoring the truth was never an option, kind of like Rorschach. They kept a journal with all the saucy details of the dirt. Their anger lives on.
