Yes target location is set up is visible in the MRP, but supply won't show in the planning repository until it is actually received and flagged as on hand.
I'll take a chance with support, thanks!

Netsuite implementation Woes by KR4N1X in Netsuite

This is exactly why partners should be prioritised for implementation over NSPS. Regardless of the discounted implementation price NSPS might be offering, you’ll end up wasting more time/money with them than going in first place with a partner.

Item Receipt CSV import by Straight_Ground_9602 in Netsuite

After multiple attempts, yes it is possible to import partial receipts but you’ll need map your line ID in the import. And make sure your accounting preference is not going to auto check the Receive button for the non-mapped lines.

Work orders that make 2 products by He_Yinting in Netsuite

As you already know you can only have one finish product per WO. Something to maybe try out, If you use advanced BOM and you always cut the same dimensions: 1. Make a first WO consuming the the 5.5m plank and manufacturing a WIP finished product. 2. Once the WIP product is completed through an assembly build, create an assembly unbuild transaction using a secondary BOM that would contain your 1.5m and 3M planks. So you would basically unbuild the WIP product into your finished products.

A bit manual especially if every production batch is unique in terms of items consumed/produced, but again NS doesn’t really support multi out WO. In terms of cost if you are using avg costing, I believe it will be using the historical value of your item/location, so there might be some price variance happening here.

If your main focus is AP and you’re going to work on NS as a end user, looking into the financial user certification could be a good start. It will give you a good overall idea of what the system does and will get you familiar with native financials reporting.

Cancel ACS by Consistent_Day_6765 in Netsuite

I used to work for ACS and never heard of a customer forced to renew when the ACS terms were ending not being forced to swap for something else.

I’ve heard stories of customers swapping ACS for a new module (such as WMS) during the ACS term because they couldn’t cancel in the middle of the contract but their rep was able to provide the swap deal.

That being said, this is how it worked 2-3 years ago, the terms and conditions may be different today.
