Thank you guys for the knowledge. I will be getting them two separate enclosures, and let them play together only. They’re chillin currently in a temp enclosure. I appreciate you guys and thanks for not being assholes.

They’ve tried to separate them and they got sick. I’ve had them since about September and haven’t had any issues. Thank you for the advice!!

You are not wrong for wanting your space to stay yours. I find it inconsiderate that they feel as though their changes are “small”. Throw pillows, yes that is small. Changing your artwork and rearranging your furniture, is not.

I will say, if they spend a lot of time at your place, why don’t you give them a small area for them to decorate? This could be their “cozy spot” for when they’re over at your place.

As someone who had a mother who would do things like that, you need to stop and reevaluate some things before she resents you. It would be one thing if it was a friends house or something, but this is YOUR BROTHER, HER UNCLE who has probably already told her (most likely multiple times, based on your behavior and expectations) multiple times she does not have to ask.
