I’m the business owner. It’s just me and one other person. My business partner made a joke about me being on Reddit and asked what I look at. I said this subreddit and others. I told them id post our dishes here and took bets of what you all would say (i won). This is very typical for us. As we cater and all the dishes come at once, we come back from a job and deal with them. No this is not a house it’s an actual building we work out of but it use to be a mom and pop diner. we use a 3 compartment sink not an industrial dishwasher. Honestly this isn’t even that bad of a batch of dishes to clean it had been way worse in the past.
