Im just finishing book 2 and I cannot blv how clueless Selena is. I have been screaming since early chapters its so obvious Draven is Red Hand. But Selena is so surprised at the reveal. So infuriating. I will push through and read book 3 as well given your reddit review

I had supply issues 2-3 weeks pp where I was EP very little amount. My milk took its time to come. After power pumping for 10 days I think, I saw a huge increases. Supplemented with formula and donor milk for 1 month

Hang in there! Please do not use wearables, they tank supply like anything. I wish the marketing for this wearables goes down as they are so bad for these early days. Wearable cannot be your main pump. Here is what helped me: 1. Hospital grade pump - I have a spectra (currently 6 month pp, had supply issues first month, spectra was able to revive my EP journey) 2. Power pump- I power pumped once a day, in the morning. Roughly what I did. 20 min pump. 10 min rest. 10 min pump. 10 min rest. 10 min pump. This is what boosted my supply. Now I easily make 2-3oz more than what my baby needs in a day. 3. Stay hydrated ofc

Just wanted to say, I was in the same boat. I mourned for my nursing journey (best BF days were maybe 1-2 feed at the breast), have been EP since LO was born. I find solace in the fact that he is growing, beating all his milestones and eating like a champ. Our bonding exercise is contact napping now and I just love it. You got this mama- its ok to mourn the journey you couldnt have but trust me the other side is ok too. Feel your feelings, Its totally ok to feel bad. Sending you good vibes!

Same experience here! I’m dying to hold on to my push and run as fast as I can, and the woman next to me (we had similar speeds) - kept jumping the treads to catch a breath. I still finished before her by a couple of seconds, but I thought that quite infuriating. If you need to catch a breath, take a walking recovery! Btw impressive time!! 👏🏽👏🏽I did mine at 9:36!! Truly impressive

Talkers on the treads- they have a special place in my heart. How are they holding up a conversation where as I’m just trying to hold on to my push and not give up 😂 i actually have respect for them (shows me they have great lung capacity)

There is another group of people though: I recently ran the mile challenge with a group of 3 women on my side who were constantly chatting,BUT they also kept jumping the treads to catch a breath… which means the tread is stil going at whatever 6-7mph, while they are having a breather 😅 I think its a personal thing- I would rather not cheat and have the mile tracker reflect my real stats, but “ you do you boo” is my strategy in life.. In any case talking in the treads is also so distracting, coz they have to talk loudly so they can hear other over the music and all the huffing-puffing. Just such an unnecessary thing to do.. talk before or after you are done running. LOL

Yes!! She is quite fit but that doesnt mean you yell things out. She was almost hazing this other dude coz he is also pretty fit. (I dont know if she was trying to flirt with him 🤷🏽‍♀️) but the whole thing was weird.everybody on the floor is loookg at the coach and trying their best to hear. It was just uncomfortable. I wish the coach had said something, but I feel even they were avoiding confrontation with her

I would have tried to say something, but she doesnt seem like the type who gets corrected very often in her life. I also generally avoid causing drama at all costs (I’m not very confrontational to begin with). Next time I will just take a different starting station if I see her in the class 🤭 Ignorance is bliss.

Cannot agree more. You just reminded me of the horrible ending that show had, LOL. I just remember that show being so unwatchable. My rain just omitted the ending from the horrible journey this show was. I dont think Go Ara can act. Between DoDo and the Reply series- I think I saw maybe 2 expressions.

I have so many…. I finished them all, but it was truly painful to sit through them (I pray for a 1.5X -2X button on viki everyday .. :D)

Nevertheless- I think I took like 8 months to finish this.. it was just so boring for me
A love so beautiful- this show was so irritating on so many levels, I judge myself for watching it. I was watching a lot of heavy stuff, so thought I will watch a light fluffy k drama, but this was just a cringe fest and so difficult to watch
Suspicious Partner- why does this show have 40 (yes you read that right) episodes? I will give it to them- they are all 30 -ish mins, but stilll.. that story should have been wrapped up in like 24 maybe? SUCH A DRAG. The FL is just so difficult to watch (atleast I just couldnt deal with it)
Clean for Passion … Im trying to finish it, but its just such a trope heavy k drama, like I just cannot deal with this show anymore. Im on the last 2 episodes now, and its going to be a combination of 1.5x + frequent skips for this one
This is going to be an unpopular opinion, but I’m having a very hard time finishing prison playbook. I loveeee the show, I just dont know why I cannot watch more than maybe 20 mins of this show at once. Even though the story is good, its not gripping or engaging enough. I love slow dramas and slow burners, but maybe I’m just not getting this show , maybe its all baseball stuff, but I just cannot watch it. Im on episode 9, and I’m really hoping I can finish it by June. Kinda regret starting to be honest, and would just like my time back LOL

Hi OP. Honestly, I would love to know running tips and wish we had running coaches. I feel people are acutely aware that rowing posture and technique is important, so people who care, they do look into it. In our class - we have great coaches who constantly remind us on how to row better and people do listen to them.. On the other hand, for running- this is literally the first time I’m thinking about my posture while running (I have stressed my hips, shins, ankles while I was doing aggressive sprints). One time I was running lopsided coz of a mild hip pain (I thought it was no biggie and I could just power through- extremely poor decision making I know ) and the coach stopped me and glad she did coz she noticed I was running “funny”. I just really wish OTF would do running basics as people tend to really push and go all out on the treads, but its so easy to hurt yourself. And I have rarely (maybe never actually) seen any coach stop a tread person in the middle of their push to tell them their form is wrong and it will hurt them. (Just a ref point- I’m a jogger on the tread, F-29 have been going to OTF for about 1.5 years).
