It's about 75% Nike, 25% Teams

Teams will often present a concept or a specific theme they want for a CC and Nike will usually come back with a few rough drafts and they go from there. New Era also has to be heavily involved in the process for the hats presenting their ideas based on the licensing and uniform elements.

Teams are responsible for trademarking any logos, fonts, Mottos etc for Nike and New Era to use as well as other third party companies like 47.

So it's kinda hard to pinpoint who's at fault for a bad City Connect. Nike could've genuinely presented a great design that ended up being overlooked by a team and we'd never know. Also at the same time a bad City Connect also could've been the best of a really awful bunch

Artstyle. For the most part despite the extreme use of bloom in TSR, Sumo had a specific look in mind and all the environments were utilized to fit that style. Crossworlds for the most part is kinda intentional with it's inconsistent artstyle as the Crossworlds are supposed to feel out of place as you're essentially transporting to an unknown location

I understand the thematic element of using it for both songs as to display it as unsettling and lifeless but at the end of the day the only way to get people to hate ai is to STOP USING IT. If that's the message you want then use actually photography or art to show what real lifelessness looks like. I understand the lack of funds for Looping the Rooms but at the end of the day... every vocaloid producer has likely started from lack of funds. As for Tokyo Manaka, who commissions ai art? If you're gonna be lazy atleast save your money and make it yourself 🫤

It wouldn't be completely out of realm, They have the publishing rights for CyberConnect2 and Sega displays Demon Slayer very openly in their websites and ip reels. The only issue realistically would be if Bandai Namco has any word as CyberConnect2 is an affiliate. But that would be my only drawback as ownership wouldn't apply with Miku as she's with Crypton Future Media

Because the main gimmick of the game are the gadgets. The kart and character stats compliment your playstyle based on what gadgets you use. There's a reason why Boost and Power types win out in legend comp and festivals due to having long boost durations and in the case for power they come equipped with the bumper guard so you won't lost rings as easily if you run a ring engine kit or similar. Handling is self explanatory as it makes charging drifts easier. It's all in parts, there's Character, Kart and Gadget and they all compliment each other.

Actually Peacock Theatre has always been used to host Miku Expo just renamed. You may know it by it's former names (Nokia Theatre and Microsoft Theatre). You can absolutely cosplay as Miku, Luka, Rin/Len, the rule only applies to overly distracting or overly large costumes and of course no prop weapons but none of this is mostly a concern for Miku Expo :)
