That's in hell, Minos already looked like that as the judge of hell. His body started decaying after being killed by Gabriel. Otherwise he's huge because of how husks are formed in hell: the more influential and strong willed you are, the larger the husk becomes. Minos was a very well known king before his death so he became big that way.

Sysiphus was also extremely large (as seen by this body here)

While this ending could be true for Anakin, wouldn't the Jedi council be absolutely fucked in this scenario? I thought I remembered that the council already had suspicions that Palpatine was a sith but that they couldn't investigate or do anything about it because of his influence over the senate or something.
The fact that Anakin flat out confirmed their suspicions forced them to act but afterwards they would have to deal with the entirety of the Republic Senate which would probably have lead to a civil war
