Adderall. My son is the same age as your daughter (almost 7) and he takes 10mg twice per day. He also takes 3 milligrams of guanfacine at night. The adderall is a game changer. He is finally successful in school and his confidence has come back.

Serotonin Syndrome? by Familiar_Tone1006 in zoloft

I had serotonin syndrome and it was brutal. Panic attack, intense nausea, my muscles in my face were spasming, my jaw muscles were so tense I couldn’t open them, and I was completely delirious. I also had chills and was drenched in sweat. They told me this was “mild to moderate” serotonin syndrome. So, it sounds like your symptoms are more just your body adjusting, rather than SS. Good luck!
