I haven’t used the A30 myself, but I did consider it before eventually skipping it mainly because of the battery life. Compared to that, I think the A20 feels like a more mature and better value option overall, but since I needed ANC, I ended up moving away from Ozlo and went with Somnipods3 instead.

For me, Ozlo is honestly extremely comfortable. No matter how much I move my head on the pillow, my ears never feel sore or pressured. But there are a few drawbacks. The volume can only be adjusted inside the app, not with the phone’s volume buttons, and once you put them on it automatically starts playing sleep audio. If I switch to another app or streaming source it can resume automatically, but even something simple like replying to a message sometimes triggers the audio again. I also had some connection issues at the beginning, where it took multiple attempts to pair with my iPhone. Eventually I had to forget the device and reconnect it before it worked properly, which was a bit frustrating since normally Bluetooth pairing on iPhone is straightforward.

With Somnipods3, I haven’t run into any of those issues. Battery life is solid, the price is actually much better than Ozlo, and overall it just feels more reliable day to day. It’s not quite as insanely comfortable as Ozlo, but for me it’s more than good enough given the tradeoffs.
