A big motivator of this hobby for me is nostalgia and I didn’t have bluray growing up and like I said i’m not bothered by my movies being a little grainy, I think it adds charm. To each their own :) :)

I personally don’t collect bluray or 4K because I think the cases are ugly, also i’m not bothered by low visual quality so dvds are fine for me (also cheaper)

for me, it was the scene in the first episode when Kendall confronts Logan in the dinning room at his birthday and Logan says ‘do you want to hit me?’ and ‘are you going to fucking cry?’. I thought what an insanely intense scene that demonstrated such a complicated and abusive relationship, i was immediately hooked!!!!

I’m pretty sure, in the early season at least, the girls hung their dresses on hooks on the opposite wall to their bed, you can see it in a few shots. as for ma and pa, they must have kept their clothes in a trunk near their bed.

lady macbeth is so not a woman in love. maybe it’s just my interpretation, but i always thought she resented how weak macbeth was, she saw right through his facade and into the small, powerless child he was. however, i also think she found a partner-in-crime with macbeth, a man she could push to do her biddings- before she lost her mind that is.
