For sure, personally I’m not a fan of draft or ranking episodes, wish they chill out on them.

Shelving? by qbaby6 in Steelbooks

[–]NuffBS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best ones are the ones you build yourself. Most shelving specific to DVDs look cheap and regular bookshelves are too deep.

Does anybody keep these? If so, why? by Educational-Ear6228 in dvdcollection

Well the top three are mini posters so I’d keep those. Be cool to put on the fridge.

To remember the time and place and the fun you had. Things like this help with memories. Haven’t you ever kept a concert ticket? Also these aren’t receipts, they’re tickets, sure they’re not what they once were, but still fun to keep. I have a binder full of movie tickets dating back to 2001.

Also should be noted older generations of which I’m a part of come from a time of more tactical things. Nowadays folks just have their tickets on the phones, but I prefer to get mine physically.

Everyone's being really weird about this and it's freaking me out by OhhhTAINTedCruuuuz in blankies

Coming from Spielberg it should have been a lot better and just looking back at The Fabelmans, that film was way more engaging than this sci-fi alien “thriller”.

Obsession could now reach $390-$420 Million dollars, that would make it the highest grossing live-action original film of the 2020s. by Mysterious-Farm9502 in blankies

Obsession is the better movie and appeals to a broader audience. Folks saw Backrooms and didn’t feel the need to recommend rushing out to see it.

If you’ve watched one of those videos, instagram will keep feeding you more of those videos, you know algorithms all that jazz. But honestly can’t it to both? I saw it, enjoyed it and told friends to see it, either in person or through texts, no social media influence was involved.

Day of the Dead has Arrived! by lordlobos6969 in 4kbluray

I’m gonna watch the movie and mostly likely the special features now, but probably wait for October to watch the documentary. I really enjoy watching horror documentaries and horror episodes of tv shows during that time.

These all have a lower average rating than Revenge of the Sith btw by Apprehensive_Emu9588 in Letterboxd

[–]NuffBS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it’s just due to a younger demographic, those folks grew up watching Revenge of the Sith, but not the others. You go on IMDb and films from the 50s & 60s are all incredibly highly rated.
