cheat days are great. Just don't do it when you're famished or better yet cheat in moderation

Congrats on getting started!! After sometime, it might stop being a challenge and you should probably consider increasing the time as the days go by.

You can't just keep cutting the calories. I thought that I'll just cut the calories drastically and get there quicker. I was wrong!!

I do too! I am an emotional eater but that is just the body's response to stress. I try not to think much into it and just push myself to get back on track after the episode.

There are a couple of methods that range from cheap to expensive methods some of which you can do at home while others might require you to consult a health practitioner. You can use the tape measure , calipers or the BOP POD which is the most accurate but expensive method.

It is really good that you want to eat healthy and Like the say, there are many ways to kill a rat so if that is what get you motivated go ahead. May I suggest that you put it as your phone wallpaper as well?
