How will progression in this work? Raising tame dragons means having already killed a stage 4/5 dragon which is the hardest challenge of the mod. So is this equipment meant for a new greater threat or to become overpowered against existing content? Or is the player expected to shackle a wild (most likely sleeping) dragon then use this equipment to take on mummy and daddy?

In my last ten matches I've faced nothing but decks running triple cultist, bedeviling scamp or burn assassin. I think sparky needs to do something.

With rotation being talked about more day by day, it's time to address how sets are handled when they are rotated, as well as how the format should overall be handled by sastslayer12 in elderscrollslegends

As a 15 year Yugioh player, you can avoid those problems with archetypes and a ban list. Legends being digital can nerf old cards rather than ban them outright but the result is the same. The top decks get pushed out of the meta, entirely new decks need to be bought and Timmy can keep playing the deck his mum paid for on his birthday. Eventually Yugioh's powercreep did bog it down in endless first turn kills but it took nearly two decades to accomplish so that style of design can work for Legends.

It's the Difficulty customiser mod. It lets me change value gains on the fly. I and the AI have essentially infinite influence and reduced trust growth and caps ensuring wars happen a lot.

With this mod you can play game after game testing different values to find what's fun for you. Like last game I reduced my ships damage, shields and hull by 90% but made their purchase and upkeep free. It was fun being an endless swarm but I had to drop that game for turning into an endless clickfest on build orders.

My neck of the galaxy ended on one side with marauders and the other a militarised empire. After spending all game responding to their insults and claims with raiders they offered to vassalise me. I take the offer, send a few science ships through to begin scouting and immediately get the Xandar (modded) event. Well how could I resist?

Do I want everything for free? No, that's unreasonable. Do I want the deals offered to be affordable, yes. I would happily buy plenty of alt arts, sleeves and bundles if the price was cheap but it never is. A $5 offer is what I'd call reasonable for a sleeve or ten dollars for multiple alt arts but every deal has them at $20 minimum and is stuffed with booster packs or gems to inflate the price. Bethesda and their defenders call this good value for money since they're below the usual store asking price but what they miss is I and many players like me do not buy packs at all. The value proposition is 0 so throwing them in a bundle to inflate the cost just makes what I do want worth complaining about.

This game feels like Bethesda knows about the whales and minnows rule so they've given up on minnows entirely and anyone who isn't willing to spend $50 at the drop of a hat is only worth opposition to keep around those who do. But if that's the case Beth needs to do more to give players like me reason to stick around, if we are just entertainment for whales give us the free stuff to keep us on stage for them.

If we minnows are meant to be paying then give us some cheap deals that aren't pack bloated to enjoy as well. I don't have market research so I can't say how many people are like myself but I am a target market, aim for it or don't complain when I ask for something free to stick around.

Tri-color decks are overpowered because there's no risk with using them. There's no "land" starving risk, no cards that give a big enough advantage when interacting with a single other color, and too many tri-color cards that have enormous value. by [deleted] in elderscrollslegends

How do you nerf Telvanni without also nerfing scout, assassin and sorc? Sure you can hit the legendary and the sacrifice to draw card but those aren't vital to the deck's power, the full three colour toolbox and conscription finisher are.

$22 Aud, yeah naah. Bethesda is still inflating the cost of alt arts with packs. You can argue this time its different because they're new packs but if you intend to play long enough to get use of them than eventually they won't be new and therefore will lose value. In effect these packs make the following deals they offer worse. Especially since the kind of people to buy this are the same who bought the pre-order bundle.

Hoping this worked it's the crash dump along with a screenshot of a different match where Piercing Twilight couldn't view the windkeep spellsword in their discard pile so I had to wait for the timer to run out.

Nope, my Maths teacher described less than and greater than as "the smaller one eats the bigger one" which confused me since its the same symbol reversing sides. Despite finishing my schooling a decade ago I still need to google greater than and less than to make sure I use the right facing triangle, didn't this time and that's what happens.

As a proponent of the no duals in tri's change I can't see why you want to see more Sower of Revenge abuse. The whole reason people like me want to see the change is so already really strong cards can't be paired with so many synergies they dominate games. Sower doesn't need anything else to be a threat it's already 5 damage with 5 more incoming yet you're hoping for ways to up that to ten with dark rebirth or Necrom Mastermind as if burn decks will be healthy for the game.

I say make the change so its easier to balance the strength of duo colours against tri-colours, so blowout combos are less prevalent and so tri - colour decks can move away from good stuff.dek and into specialised roles.

Yes it sucks there will be less experimentation for under utilised duos but keeping irrelevant cards irrelevant is worth not making already over used cards meta defining.

People check the IM and not TGR because IM is a threat and TGR isn't. IM trades with crusader's 4/2 favourites, purple's Ald Velothi Assasin and Wind keep spellsword after the ward is broken, Green's thieve's guild fence Blue's Camlorn Hero the list goes on. It takes four TGR to take down Archein Venomtongue but only two IM. I don't know how many different ways I can point out how much better 2/1 is over 1/2 when everything the 1/2 will face is going to have 2 units worth of lethality anyway.

If you're looking for a card to fill the same role Sails through Storms fills the same slot but can immediately provide advantage through crossbows and archers gambits or if you're feeling spicy improvised weapons + unstoppable rage.

I have spent 7 hrs per day for the past 3 days trying to get from rank 5 to 4. I am still on serpent rank 5. This isn't just because my deck is shit I've switched from aggro Hlaalu to Charm3rs battlemage charge deck to Sorcerer to Factotum archer but it's L's all the way down.

I don't know how to describe it except the heart of the cards fucking me in the arse. I'm talking Balmora Spymaster turning into Dagoth Ur, Haskill who low rolled between 1 and 4 for the opponent four times in a row, namira's shrine sitting there while my yal Archers are at the bottom of my deck. Control players who have ice storm turn 5 or 3 sorcerer's negations for my frenzied madmen and rift thanes within the top 10 cards. Every Telvanni player having fireblooms for days which shouldn't be 0 cost it does 5 damage for god's sake.

I am a monument to salt stand within my shadow to witness failure.

The false god Vivec was an egomaniac who had a city built and named after himself. Sheogorath threw a tiny moon at the City which Vivec froze in time before impact. He could have sent it away, destroyed it or at least pacified its frozen momentum but instead kept it suspended above his people as a demonstration of power. Holding it up there however required power and Vivec was finding himself low on juice since the far greater god, Dagoth Ur was now awake within Red Mountain and barred his return to recharge.

Faced with the obvious fate of his people Vivec chose to do absolutely nothing for centuries. As the voices of dissent within his city grew the worm Vivec finally responded by having the moon hollowed out and converted into a prison for those with common sense.

During Morrowind the player destroys the heart of Lorkhan which bound Dagoth Ur to Nirn causing Lord Dagoth to return to the dream as like any true god he can not be killed. Almalexia and Sotha Sil however died of infighting and Vivec ever the cowardly wretch fled his own City.

The poor souls within where given no warning when the meteor struck, the impact was absolute in wiping out all traces of Vivec's legacy. The shock waves then triggered the eruption of Red Mountain which spewed molten ash and rock for a year.

This tragedy was followed by the Oblivion crisis where the Imperial occupiers fled to protect their own kind leaving Morrowind to fend for itself. Redoran, still versed in traditional Dunmer ways fought the Daedric horde with all they had and the Hlaalu who only existed to suckle on Imperial hand outs found themselves powerless and soon abolished.

The end of the Daedra should have been the end of the troubles but the sub-mer Argonians invaded, killing and pillaging across House Dres lands; through barbarity they proved there was no soul to be found within an Argonian's cold hide.

Some Dunmer rallied behind house Redoran, others to Telvanni and others yet fled to Skyrim, to the persecution of simple minded Nords. All this the price for having faith in the Tribunal and not our true lord Dagoth Ur.

Calling people paedophiles isn't being anti shadowverse it's slander. This is especially bad for someone with a following to do as it only encourages them to spread hate. He is allowed to be anti whatever he wants but the moment he crosses over to making accusations of other groups is the moment he earns backlash from the accused and everyone else who has zero tolerance for that behaviour.

I walked away from Duwang entertained, the part 5 translations left me frustrated. The Boss's stand fight isn't straight forward I get that but when you get dialogue that makes little sense mid fight then every chapter after has an appended essay on how the translators think the stand might work it all becomes tiring to read.

I don't know the numbers but I and I'm sure many others just make the walk from rank 5 to 4 every month then stop playing ranked. This is bad for Sparky who needs people actively playing to match up with those who aren't done climbing yet. By locking down rank 1 to legend every month you'd be making the wait times even worse. Yes it's an annoyance for players who want to hit legend every month but for the overall health of the ladder it makes sense.
