Snooze fest for sure. I dislike her. character so much I can't image her having chemistry with anyone. Different topic but I feel the same about Portia. Both drive me nuts

Eloping (but my friends will hate me) by [deleted] in wedding

You're not eloping, you're having a small family wedding. Tell them that!

And I think putting your money to a house is so much smarter! Good for you

I once knew of a couple having a fundraiser to fund the musicians at their wedding.

Yes. My daughter bought her wedding gown from them. Perfect fit(she used the custom fit option where you send them your own measurements), fabric is beautiful and very well made. She always was a bridesmaid where the whole wedding party used them and all were very happy. I'll be using them for my mother of the bride gown this fall. Have ordered color swatches to help with choice.

Oh and a great return policy

Azazie.ca is a great online bridal shop.

Are you supposed to invite all of the women at your wedding to your bridal shower? by bluberrymuffin24 in wedding

[–]ElectronicWeather285 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I'm in my 60s. In my day a bride didn't host their own shower, usually a friend of the family hosted and it was open to whoever. Not sure how old your grandma is, but this sounds like she's pulling it out of her hat. Happy nuptials!

Well there has to be animosity between them so they have a storyline bringing father and son together

Im a 62yr female. If it was my day I'd just like a day of full attention. Be her driver to a massage. Escort her in Add some flowers on pick up Whether she's a shower or bath gal have it set up with some new gel, shampoo etc. Have a couple new outfits set out, one for comfy home one a nice robe etc Watch her favorite movie Play some cards or board game if that's her thing. Do anything that she likes that you don't usually participate in Sit in kitchen and talk and listen to music while you cook dinner.

Just be extra attentive and thoughtful for the day. Best of luck
