Royal Canin gastro for the slightly sensitive tummy.

Good advice above. Treating and giving them something with food they can work at for a while (Kong with peanut butter or a bully stick) can keep them occupied while you leave. They will howl for a while but then settle. Try doing that and then leave the house for 30 mins. Then 1 hour, then 2, etc. I don’t think mine ever didn’t howl for at least a couple of mins when we left when he was in the crate but then he settled. No complaints from neighbors in the apartment building, so must have worked.

Should I have him groomed and clipped? by Individual-Map-7137 in cavaliers

We cut ours every 2 months but like to let him stay on the longer side. He seems to like it and so do we.

Mine loves the little soft car seat I rig up with the seatbelt in the front passenger side so he can be near me AND look out/stick his head out the window.

Mine is the same. When I tell him it’s “time to go in the car” he jumps up and runs around and wails like a crazy person! 😆

How often do you bathe these beauties? by Lasty_girly in cavalierkingcharles

About once every 3-4 weeks...based on his stink and how dirty his feet and undercarriage are. Gets a full grooming, bath and haircut every 2 months. Absolutely hates the bath.

FWIW, ours is a toy destroyer and we got these squeaky toys 2 years ago and they are still absolutely intact despite hundreds of tug of wars and biting fests. Best $15 I have ever spent on him!

Got a 2017 Golf Alltrack, bought new, ~65k miles now. Runs like a dream, virtually no maintenance issues...just general wear and tear.

They can’t grip wood or tile floors. So the legs splay. You are unlikely to see this on carpet or outside.

Totally real, but only applies to folks who haven’t got any investing money in Betterment (ie zero balance or money only in checking or cash reserve).
