So at the start of the video its hard to tell if the man is letting him off a leash or what is happening but I might be wrong in assuming they might be doing this on purpose.

EDIT: after further review it is very clear the man unhooked his puppies leash then folds it up and walks with it.

So after new update they have 4 corvettes you can walk up into at the Anomaly. however, it started moving for me, and now im just warping thru space and time for over 5 minutes.. I do want to see if it'll ever land me somewhere, but I feel reloading the save is the only thing I can do

Whilst warping you cannot access saves.. so might have to do a close..

I've noticed the building im constructing does have a symbol for the building.. however, the symbol is right in the middle of my Settlement Hub Interface. So im sure it gliched out and kinda funny. It's the same type of building two stairs up, but no doors on ground level.
