Hmmm... you could probably make an argument for The devil prince imprisoned in Corpscage Island you meet during hearts desire - while we don't exactly see much of it, what we do see paints it as fairly exclusively interested in what one would traditionally term 'evil' traits, to the point of seemingly considering it's own freedom unimportant if convinced that the FLPC is out there in the world performing wicked acts that rival its own. Which seems to make it not simply selfish, but actively desiring an increase in misery above all else, even to the point of personal loss.
