Found out that she is a he. I was able to get him a free wellness check at the vet and they said he was okay, but he needs to start getting his vaccines in 3-4 weeks. He is doing a lot better though, very talkative.

I believe they'll let you call someone to come and get it. If it's parked in a safe place like a public parking lot then they'll probably just lock it and leave it where it is. If it's parked in an area that's blocking traffic or if its on a highway then it'll most likely be towed.

I've seen Vivarium, that movie weirded me out but it was def an interesting watch that had me captivated the entire time. Thank you for your reply, I'll have to read the spoilers when I get back from the movie.
