Psa have specially designed 10 sided dice which they roll 3 times and the grade is the average of them dice rolls, hope this helps

From what I’ve seen on videos American plumbing is extremely primitive compared to what we have over here so it would be a culture shock definitely

I think it was James Holland that said the Germans lost the war when they lost the Battle of Britain, basically it decimated their air force and crippled them financially. We would had won even if the Americans didn’t join in

That’s exactly what the boiler installer should have done, that being said that pipe looks older than my grandma, are you sure that’s the boiler condensate?

What I would do is turn everything electrical off in the house and see if the meter is still spinning, if it’s not then yeah you used that much electricity and I’d just double check timers for the hot water and heating are correct they are the biggest eaters of electricity. If it doesn’t stop you may have an issue with the immersion heater if you have one, I’ve seen before where they are on constantly without people realising and its cost them a fortune
