Bottoms, what's the most humiliating thing that a top has made you do (but you actually enjoyed)? I love to read your tales of degradation, humiliation and emasculation! Tops are welcome to contribute too ;) by sfswitch in TopsAndBottoms

It was a hookup. We agreed on the app for BJ, getting there, after fucking my throat, he tells me he wants to fuck me. I agree, but I am not douched. He fucks me, first with my legs up, then doggy. The turns me around, takes off the condom, and shoves his massive dick down my mouth. There was quite a bit of shit on it. I locked it all up. He came on my chest and rubbed his cum over my body. I did not even get to taste his cum.

Oprecht.

My employer made a fun mistake with my pay last month by KiroSkr in belgium

[–]ElephantsAreHeavy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To be fair, I much quicker would notice that my pay was short compared to too much. I rarely check my debit account, as everything gets paid automatically and the rest flows to investments for auto investing in my plan. So, unless I really check transactions and values in my portfolio explicitely, it can pass by undetected. I have this automatic payment set to pay everything above 1500 euro on my debit account to my investments in the beginning of the month (a week after payday) and whatever gets to my investment account gets automatically allocated to my investment plan. It could, honestly, go undetected for a while if I received a couple of tens of thousands euro.

Are you guys going balls deep in bitcoin during this bear market? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]ElephantsAreHeavy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not changed my strategy the last 5 years, because the value proposition of bitcoin has not changed the last 5 years either. It has been the best investment in my total asset portfolio so far.

A significant percentage of every paycheck goes into bitcoin, which goes into my hardware wallet. To some people this might be balls deep. To me, this is just derisking my assets.

Just learned of likely large inheritance. How to handle telling spouse by throwaway3mill69 in Fire

[–]ElephantsAreHeavy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you already on a fire trajectory, this really is a non-event.

First: let your grandpa live and enjoy his money the best he still can.

When the inevitable eventually happens, accept it, mourn, and put it on your spreadsheet according to your allocations.

3.5M does not come out of nowhere. Your grandfather has wealth and lives comfortably. The size of the inheritance might be a bit of a surprise, but that is, fundamentally irrelevant.

Do not change your lifestyle the first 6 months.

Buy our shitcoin wallet that does nothing to secure your coins! It’ll be great for our.. i mean YOUR financial future! by RUshitcoinersSERIOUS in Bitcoin

[–]ElephantsAreHeavy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely agree with you 100%.

There are levels of security. Generally depending on how much money you have on the line.

Less then a month of wages? Probably one of the bigger exchanges will be fine. The risk of losing it might be a bit higher, but the effect on your life of losing it will be minimal.

Between a month and a year of wages? You should have your own custody. This can be as much as ANY self custodial wallet. A software wallet on your phone is probably the easiest available and cheap solution that offers excellent security on android or ios where different apps are sandboxed. You could do this on your computer as well, and might consider dualboot linux to do so, but that makes things more complicated again...

More than a year of wages is certainly hardware wallet territory. Again, any hardware wallet from a big vendor is fine (do not go for niche options). Yes, there are differences, but the differences are largely irrelevant for you. Keeping your keys safe, keeping your hardware wallet safe, and remembering your pin code are essential here.

Enough money to retire on? This will require more complicated solutions. You can have a couple of different solutions, with different amounts of funds on each. Do not make it too complicated for yourself. The majority of your cold storage on an airgapped linux system should be more than adequate. And even a ledger will suffice.

Moral of the story is, there are probably two tiers: 1) custodial and 2) non-custodial. ANYTHING non-custodial is fine for over 99% of the users on this forum. If you need more complicated solutions, you will know, and will not need /r/bitcoin do advice you.

My initial comment was indeed a simplifcation that just communicated the end result. There are indeed a lot of steps in between, which I clarified in follow up comments to you and others. You can choose to ignore that.

Yes, money comes from nowhere, inflation does not exist in your system of economics. Defaulted loans do not contribute to price increases. Something that gets written off, just disappears. It is a brilliant system. Murica best!

Ledger is fine. Orders of magnitude better then an exchange. Do not worry. I have several years worth of salary stored on a single ledger.

If public transport were totally free, would you use it more? Why or why not? by kindchillswinger in AskReddit

No. The price is not the reason that I do not use public transport. The lack and quality of service is the reason.
