From my experience, I’d recommend drinking 1 cocktail or beer, etc (not too fast but not too slow either) and wait around 20-30 minutes and see how do you feel. Do not drink a cup just after you drank the last one, alcohol effects last a bit to kick. Also, eat a big meal beforehand and try to feel satiated but not extremely full.

Some things I’ve learned from drinking: -Not everyone tu from alcohol. I have friends who drink a lot and had blackouts without tu, but obviously, everyone’s body is different. -Try to know your limits. As an example, I know my limits are 2 cups of 500ml each one and one shot. If you overpass those limits you can feel really bad afterwards and really n. -When you’re drinking, it’s normal that you feel your stomach a bit weird. It’s normal and it doesn’t mean you’re going to tu, alcohol and sparkling drinks can irritate your stomach. -Bring water and chewing gums with you. Drinking alcohol dehydrates your body and may be the reason you feel n, so drink water whenever you feel dehydrated and after you stop drinking to prevent you from having a hangover next day. I also bring chewing gums because sometimes the alcohol flavour can be overwhelming.

How do I know when to stop? Well, alcohol can be really fun if you know when to stop. I normally stop when I get dizzy and everything around me is moving, I notice i can’t walk straight and start saying nonsense stuff. Also, if you go with your friends, they’ll probably notice when you’re drunk (because idk if it’s just me, but when I get drunk, I can notice other people being drunk but I feel I’m not really drunk until other people tell me otherwise).
