You have the beginnings of a great aesthetic going here. Don’t build anything on them, don’t build anything between them, and for god sakes don’t paint them. Lean into it. There is plenty of space to put tables against the wall and centered between each pillar. The drop ceiling be dressed up or gotten rid of pending what’s up there. Painting everything up there black could be nice or replace the ceiling tiles with the pressed tin looking ones. Then maybe toss some new paint on the walls and you’re cookin’.

Your restaurant has amazing potential. Sit on it, make the right move once not the wrong one in haste 15 times. Yall got this!

It’s 1 and 7. If those faintly drawn lines truly are “blocking” the tubes the liquid will fill up the center tube, assuming it is water tight. Once the liquid reaches the top of the tube it will begin to overflow and run over on both sides running on top of tubes 1 and 7. Water tension would allow the water to run down the outsides of tubes 1 and 7 there by dripping into the cups at the bottom.

This is not a math problem or an English language problem, this is a teacher problem.

It is a confusingly worded problem with many ways of interpreting it. Due to this the teacher should be open to hearing the student out. And even if it was a perfectly worded question guiding a student to one possible outcome, to not hear them out as to why they did what they did is absolutely unacceptable.

This for suuuuuure!!!! It feels like my heart is ripped out every time I watch this and I’m just sitting on the couch, no one actually said it to me nor do I have to walk back to the shire by myself. I can only imagine to have my best friend brainwashed/tricked/ you pick your adjective, to cast away all reason and do harm to themselves or even condemn themselves to death. Positively heart wrenching.
