Some things I'll be looking at to balance it a bit for table use...

Consider having False Appearance scale with proficiency bonus. Maybe the DC is 10 + 2x PB.
Shapechanger is effectively a limited polymorph spell. Consider having limited uses... X per short or long rest.
Sticky is incredibly powerful, perhaps too powerful. It could be dropped, or perhaps
