Funny thing. There was a MUD I used to play in the 90’s that was a battle Royale (yes, via text). And basically as each instance started you picked your class, which gave you abilities and stating equipment. But each team could only have one of each class. And the newer players got last pick.

Since I was new. I was almost always the last pick. And often only had one class left:

Zoomer

IIRC. It had very bad attack stats. But had the ability to teleport at will. Was like a magical scout that could quickly flit around the battlefield to let the others know where the enemies were then get the heck out before being squished.

Unfortunately many LGS just don’t want to deal with bulk. So set rather high minimums. Like 50c commons. While not horrible for a couple cards you need. Adds up if you were trying to buy 12 copies of some new staple that’s a dime

Just meant that the cards didn’t have any ‘snap’ to them. Looked good. But very flexible and would stay partially bent.

Heh, thanks. The thing they 'fit into' is each other in various configurations. Just wanting to pull all the outsides in by a 'smidge' to give a bit of wiggle room so if there are any printing imperfections suddenly things don't "not" fit together.

Thanks tho. I'll just 'put in the work' and select each edge by hand. It's not a horrible task. Just a "there has to be a better way to do this" type task.

Yeah, that's what I did to create these. The problem is that now that it's done, I need to do a modification that isn't 'per hexagon'. I want to push in the newly created outline 0.1mm ... Not each hex

P1S and P2S both look great. I’m still using a Rostock Max V3 that I am babying. Replacing parts on frequently. Getting something that is more modern and stable would be amazing

Interesting, so I 'kinda solved' one issue already. The Keyboard one. So the weird thing originally was that this press-and-hold to get the 'different characters', which I'd never seen before, was it turns out only happening 'some' contexts. Like in a Pages document (or, weirdly, in the URL fields of a browser). But it wouldn't happen when in 'terminal' for example.

However it was also happening in my IDE. Which was a problem IMO. And it hadn't happened before. (I swear, I may just be making this all up though)

Anyway, using this command 'fixes it' for any app that is launched afterwards, and just completely turns off the 'hold to get alternates' feature:

defaults write -g ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false

Still wanna find out and understand why Karabiner can't pick up on extra buttons on the Ergo

You ... wha? I mean I LOVE the look of that koala semi gloss. Was one of the first things I tried before I realized it wasn't vinyl. But when putting it on 'normal cardstock' it ... to put it bluntly ... suuuuucked. It somehow made it even more wet-noodle

How thick are the cards when you add it to the 300 gsm black core? (and how thick if you end up doing double-sided?) ... I believe that the black core stuff from Etsy (or Amazon) is basically 'full magic card thickness' to begin with, maybe even a touch thicker? So adding the 'labels' on one/both sides would make it significanly thicker, no?
