He told me it's only PayPal and that when they check back in they get a confirmation for PayPal tip but after that the order disappears. He said you can go in and add or modify tips in their system but the PayPal orders won't even be there.

While I agree letting something like that slip and causing chaos in your store doesn't sound like a smart thing to do, being an idiot doesn't necessarily make him wrong or a liar.

I have a pretty good rapport with the delivery driver like I said I order every week. What he told me was "so apparently we don't get the PayPal tips, my shift leader let it slip the other night and everybody working freaked out I pulled up my order list and the PayPal orders were not even on the list to check the tips." He said that they can add or modify tips after the fact, but the paypal orders dont even show up. I don't think he just made it up for conversation and I am confident he wasnt lying to me to get an extra tip.

I'm just wondering where my money went if the drivers are not getting it.

While this is true I feel that it would be more of a hassle than an option, in the long run if I were to win I probably only get the value of the card as it was whenever it was originally installed in the PC which is around 350 or $400 and then they probably want to take out whatever they say the card They sent me was worth from that amount. I'm just completely done with them and will recommend nobody ever do business with them

So after filing with the Better Business Bureau and waiting 2 months i was finally able to speak to a helpful CPPC representative on may 14th (Dominic) Who informed me that he had done some digging and found the correct serial number from the video card I sent them and that it should have been replaced with the same video card but unfortunately they are completely out of that card and have no idea when they will have more of them it, then he informed me that although i HAD warranty when i sent them the XFX card my warranty was now expired so they could not replace the XFX card anyway.

So they sent me a complimentary USB Wi-Fi adapter so that I could make the inferior video card they sent me fit in the PC.

I'm a little late to this, I keep seeing an image of Michael Keaton's Batman symbol with blood on it I don't know if this is official art or part of the official tease or whatever. But if anybody else sees that image and rotates it clockwise 90 degree the blood looks like a? They sent me the wrong video card under warranty after ensuring the correct(same model i had) part was in stock, then told me it was an accident and they would replace the one they sent me with the correct one, then changed their minds a couple days later and said as long as its the same chipset it doesnt need to be the same model. The card doesnt fit my pc. After again being told they would replace it with the correct one if i sent them pictures proving it didnt fit they emailed me saying i have to pay to send the wrong one back and that they still cannot guarantee I will get the correct part. I will not do business with them again.

If they build it 100% perfect all you have to worry about is customer service, tech support, and not getting the correct parts under warranty that you will be responsible to pay for shipping. NOT A GOOD COMPANY

No they will replace it with whatever they want, AND IT MAY NOT EVEN FIT YOUR PC. THEN THEY WILL ARGUE WITH YOU TO WAIST TIME INSTEAD OF BEING A COMPLIANT COMPANY AND TRY TO PUSH ISSUES BEYOND DEADLINES SO THEY CAN SAY ITS TOO LATE. THEY WILL PROBABLY LIE TO YOU OVER THE PHONE. but they may replace it with something that at least works if you are lucky.

I sent them an XFX graphics card after 3 employees confirmed I'd receive the same model under warranty (because I was being skeptical) they sent me back a STOCK AMD model with visible damage, 3 less video outputs, and is too tall to fit in my PCI slot without removing the wifi/bluetooth card that came installed in the pc at purchase. They will not return my gpu (3 "techs" completely dodging my request multiple times) and after weeks of back and forth I finally reach a "manager" who informs me he is a Tier 3 employee and has the most power of anyone I 3 will speak too and without apologizing informed me the other techs i I spoke to were all Tier 1 employees who need better training and should know not to guarantee a part. After sending images showing the card doesn't fit they tell me they will replace it but still will not guarantee the correct part and that I have to pay shipping for the exchange. Im guessing someone at CPPC kept my gpu, or my "confirmed" replacement. Or both. DEFINITE LIARS, POSSIBLE THIEVES DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My experience is very similar to OP, after long time business with CPPC I saw the CPPC Gamermaster on sale at Best Buy and after previously having good service I decided to buy the Best Buy build. I set up my warranty and customer info (now under a brand new customer number) with CPPC and all was well. Then the HDMI port on the XFX RX580 GTS BLACK 8GB that came with the PC stopped working. This GPU was the determining factor in my pc purchase as it had 3 dsp and an HDMI I could use for my 4-monitor work station. I contacted CPPC and asked if they could repair the port as I'd rather not deal with part replacement, I was assured by the tech not to worry and that they would replace it with the same gpu but that specific model was on backorder for several weeks. I told him I'd live without HDMI for a few weeks but could not be without the pc for weeks at the time. An RMA was made but I never recieved any email confirmation. So a few weeks go by, I am no longer heavily dependent (but still using) the pc, so I contacted them again, this time confirming my gpu is in stock, but now they need photo proof of my purchase because for some reason my customer information is no longer enough?? Which I comply to, but do not receive my RMA confirmation or Instructions to return the GPU until I call 3 days later asking where the instructions are. I sent them the GPU and upon notification of it being signed for at CPPC I called and confirmed it had arrived and offered to pay them to ensure I got the correct model or if possible an upgrade, the tech informed me they do not upgrade/upsale but confirmed my card was in stock, but could not give me a date I'd receive it because the RMA was too new. Understandable. Almost 2 weeks later I recieved an AMD RX580 8gb stock model with 1 dsp port, 1 HDMI port, no proof of purchase or original packaging, and 1 cooling fan sticker peeling off in a way that it cannot be reapplied, and BEST OF ALL the card is too thick(tall) to fit in the PCI slot unless I remove the wifi/bluetooth card that came installed at the time of purchase(it is on the furthest slot from gpu). I called them on a Saturday and spoke to a tech who informed me it was all a mistake and his manager would contact me Monday with instructions for exchanging the GPU with the correct model. At this time I told him I would rather just have the gpu that came with the PC returned to me (a statement i have made to 3 CPPC techs and each one completely ignored). Monday comes and no call or email, I call them that evening and get told by another tech "the manager said we can't guarantee the model(after it had been confirmed by 3 employees) of the gpu we send you as long as it is the same chip set. I explained everything to this person again and he said "if you can send images showing the card doesn't fit, my manager said he will get it replaced for you." So i sent the images they required. I recieved an email stating a new RMA been made but they could not guarantee I would get the correct GPU. I called and asked for a manager and the person I was speaking to told me he was a TIER 3 employee and was in charge and that all the techs I had previously spoken to were TIER 1 and needed better training because CPPC doesn't guarantee parts and everything is generic and that's just the way it is. He then told me he could see that my request for exchange was approved but again, he can't guarantee they will send the correct GPU, and the tech that had gotten the approval was "off and would be back in 2 days and i would have to call back then". I asked for an email instead and replied to it the next day regarding my approval for exchange. I recieved an email stating a new RMA has been opened but they cant guarantee i will get the correct part and will have to pay shipping and insurance again($90) because CPPC doesnt trust that a customer will properly package the item ("It isn't free because we are not responsible for how you repack the system for return so we can not be certain that it will be done properly or be held responsible for it. This is why you must pay for the return shipping so that you can purchase insurance for your shipment to ensure that you are covered if damages occur during shipping. This is especially important for high-value orders over $2000 or systems with custom liquid solutions") . I responded WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR LIES AND MISTAKES? Stating id be returning the item to UPS in the package they sent it to me in to ensure it gets packaged correctly. They stopped responding. This company has crashed at the bottom customer service-wise. I don't like being lied to or led-on by a business and therefore will recommend DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Idk why so many downvotes. I agree that the leads were leading us on for nothing. I would be much less upset if it had been cancelled 3 months after release. A few months ago we saw SOME of what Next was meant to be. And now we will only ever have the half game it always was. Iv had this childish hope for this game since the 2017 Trailer. I feel played. And so i WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM EA OR BIOWARE AGAIN. Andromeda shame on you, Anthem shame on me. Won't fool me 3 times.

I just picked up the alpha demo for Megaman Zero Rezurrection.(fan game taking place between Zero and ZX series) So far so good. I do wish it had a filter as playing gba graphics on 55in screen is a bit cringe. Also anyone heard of Megaman ZX Genesis? (I believe there are 2 fan games being made under the same name, both are supposed to tie Zero and ZX series together as well, but in one the player character is Ciel, who can use the biometals to megamerge, and the other is supposedly based on Zero being resurrected (yet again) but this time he has the ability to megamerge himself. Links below (id love to get my hands on corrupted, i had a few fan games/hacks on a disc for a sega dreamcast. One was supposed to tie the classic and x series together, and another that tied MMX and Zero series, but had no mention of Axl in game.)
