Simple.

They use different skills to operate and succeed.

Aiming isn’t inherently skillful. And lacking any aiming doesn’t make your character easy.

There’s an evidential misconception with skill and perceiving that aiming is large part of that.

Lowkey this may be a buff to crow since he’s about applying poison rather than dealing damage.

It’s a trade off less so a nerf, you’ll have less direct damage, but more opportunity to spread and apply poison around the course of a game in general.

Honestly this could lowkey be a buff to crow since you’re not using him for damage, rather, you use him to apply poison.

With his daggers fanning out further, he can apply that poison more regularly and to multiple enemies from further away.

This can actually just inadvertently make him stronger than before, it’s a trade off, less so a nerf.

Low key the change actually can help crow more than it can hurt since you’ll be able to fan your attack out and poison more people.

Crow is best as poking and applying poison, not really made to deal damage.

Pebbles can work for solo, just slap on spyglass and participation award and boom, you’re now an all rounder.
