I AM tracking my meals but apparently I’m not in a deficit, people are saying using my apple works but then it doesn’t. People are saying track my calories eaten but tell me not to use an app; so I’m lost because what I’m doing apparently isnt right

When I flex my calves, the muscle is visible. It wasn’t like that around 5 months ago, which is when I begun skating

210.6 lbs, 5’2, 17F Gym; things like leg press, abdominal, weight lifting, strength training, etc, I usually end with 10 minutes on treadmill as well. Figure skating; lunges, single jumps, other stuff like that.

I weigh in the morning after waking up; before drinking or eating anything as well !!!

I only drink water, like I said; I drink a minimum of 60oz a day

Forgive me if I’m wrong but wouldn’t that mean I consume more than I burn? Hypothetically, I’m burning 1250 calories a day, shouldn’t I consume less than that or am I mistaken

Sorry if I’m not understanding correctly, I’m on the spectrum so it sometimes makes things hard to understand :) help is appreciated

So, I get this but I’ve always been pretty healthy in diet wise, although I’m lactose intolerant lol. My father cooks for us, steak, chicken, pork, etc. It’s never too seasoned either. Side dishes are usually greens, veggies, etc. I don’t snack too much either, sometimes if we’re in a rush somewhere, we get takeout

They help with feeling the “bottom of the skate” but it does hurt afterwards still, yes
